I take pride in the craftsmanship of the jewelry I create. If something you purchased from me needs repairing, I’ll be glad to fix it. Note: A fee may be charged based on the availability of components. Please call or email us to arrange for the repair.

I accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Please call me at 703-901-3738 to place a credit card order.

Sales Tax

I collect sales tax on any item sold or shipped within the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are considered final purchases and cannot be returned. A 50% deposit is required before processing a custom order.

Returns

Your money will be refunded for an item with which you are not completely satisfied. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. Refunds are made in the same manner in which the payments were originally made. Please [contact me] as soon as possible to arrange for a return.

Returns should be in new condition, safely packaged, and insured. I cannot be responsible for any items lost in the mail. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
